Flower buds

I've known her since primary 5 all the way through high school. She was into TV and Movies and celebrities just as I was, only she didn't just liked them. No, she was obsessed with them and that revealed her to be my soul sister. Guys, meet Denise, otherwise known as Durneeze. She has her own blog which are pack with delightfully written reviews and posts. I highly recommend you to check her blog out. So last Tuesday we both had to meet up at school to pick up our SPM results and planned out to hang after that. We snatched the chance to do a collaborative post of us and work together. Both of us decided to write a little different from the other so go check out her blog for her post on us. Its a lifestyle//interview blog as she would say if needed to label and honestly every post is interesting and worth the time to read. For my interview with her, we video and it honestly started with an awkward intro of "I'm Denise *both laughs* and I'm Tatiana". I believe that when you find the person whom you just sync with and has been with you through tough times, they are to be cherished and even commemorated.

We both have a language problem. During primary, we had Chinese class which wasn't a compulsory subject but you still had to give it a certain amount of attention as any classes a student goes to. However we both suck at it despite having the race in our blood and we both suck at Bahasa Melayu despite it being a national language. We have karaoke and window shopped together countless time by now. She makes me laugh and inspires me a whole lot more than she knows. We know each other for so long that we can answer all questions about the other like" Who are our top 3 celebs" or "What kind of book/album we produce". With a lot of my friends including her, we are devastatingly honest with each other. These are my sisters and they are definitely ones for keeping. We find each other immensely relatable. I asked her what was the first thing she thought when she woke up that very Tuesday and she said "I woke up because I was hungry so my thoughts was I'm hungry". She is one of the sweetest people I know at heart and she was also my first passenger EVER since I got my license. We had a bruschetta and cheekbones moments. We both planned to meet at our own dreams and I love that very much. We both have the same interests and moms yet we still aren't bored of the other. I want to give my thanks to Fran and Cristy for their help in making this post happen. I can't imagine life without meeting them either. I love and respect you gals who possesses the stars within yourselves.

Tune Favourites

Double posting yeah! Feeling pretty motivated so straight after my very recent post of my trip to La Holla, here is another post on some of the songs that got me feeling some good vibes for the past 2 months I've been in the US until even now. You all also get an idea on my kind of music which is pretty eclectic as some of those who I violated with my playlist over the radio would know. Along with what I think of the song as well as a bit of info on it, hope you guys check em' out and see if you like them! 1. Blank Space/ Style (Taylor Swift Mashup) by Louisa Wendorff & Devin Dawson This is my current on repeat song that I only discovered just couple days back and this song got 4 million views on youtube. Gaining these artists some attention from the media and compliments from Tay Swift herself! Also they got to attend the Grammy's today and sing this song on E!'s pre red carpet show. Nothing but soft classic yet original tunes and perfect harmony that ...

2021 Update

Hi readers if I still have any. I know its been two whole years since my last one and the reasoning the same. I am still doing my degree and technically in my final semester but with everything going on right now I am still the same girl with new different things to be anxious about. I am not sure if this means I am back on the blogging grind but I weirdly still feel a need to update on where I am, where you could find me more if not this blog and it felt like the mood to write this came and I jumped on it.     So I am right now trying to do my best with doing my final stretch of degree on a virtual online platform and my weakness for getting things done and time managing hit me so hard. Not being able to be where my family is right now in Sabah has caused tons of different strains no one is prepared for but I want to leave you all also things I am doing to do to try work on it. I am taking therapy (it has been hard work but its definitely relieved my emoti...

Spotlight: Beauty Edition

I am back home and having spent almost 3 weeks blissfully chilling and eating, I thought I share some beauty products that I've been loving recently. For cleanser , I really do enjoy this one for removing my make up. I won't say its something you can count on to take a completely BEAT face off but if you typically don on light makeup (me on the daily), this does the job. I really wanted to try be environment friendly by avoiding make up wipes as much as I can and I can't use cleansing oils because I have no hot water back in the hostel to really get that off. Hence, I gave this a go and its a bliss to massage into the face. I've been trying this thing I read from W Magazine that's a Japanese technique to cleanse as well as rinse for a couple minutes each to really clean out your face with gentle cleansers. So this product was perfect to also implement that and easy to rinse out as well. When I wanted to be more gentle to my skin, I worried that product...
